Phoebe loves to play with her little brother. He was lying on the floor making his balloon dance, and big sister decided she wanted to play too.
Happy Third B-Day!
Phoebe celebrated her 3rd birthday with a pool party, and of course cake and a cute party dress.
Good times had by all.
